Velarda ships from our international fulfillment centers. Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
- Recipient Responsibility: These charges are the recipient's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.

- Refusal of Packages: If a package is refused due to customs charges, the original shipping fee and any return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you can monitor its progress through our Tracking Page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.
Important Notes
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
